I solve problems through design

   I'm an Art Director living in Cleveland, Ohio.  I am deeply interested in projects, products, and services that aim to provide a profound, lasting impact and value to people and our environment.
   At my last job, I led, managed, and directed the Signage, Display and Packaging teams at American Greetings. This involved overseeing the entire design and retail experience on multiple platforms. I oversaw numerous programs for corporations such as Target and Walmart, guiding each team's work by inspiring them, pushing them, and uniting them.
   I love to dig into design details and get my hands dirty but I'm happy to see team members initiate and run with their own ideas, helping them learn and grow as they see their ideas through to completion. 
   I have won multiple design and illustration awards yet have plenty of room up my sleeve for more award-winning performances. I am excited to help add your company to my list of successes.
